How do you make the bitmaps...like in halo PC the warthog tires that change when they move faster.....to do that :?: this would be good for my like....guns or something

i think the thing for the warthog tires is (at least on xbox) in the vehi tag it has a wheel blur option, so i dont know what you could do for the guns
i hate sigs and AIM profiles
