I only have a Geforce 2 anyway, so it is not like I can run the PC version and have it look better than the Xbox version anyway.
But yeah, my new motherboard supports the Radeon X800, so...when I get money...hehehe.
Yeah, DOOM III is supposed to be overrated anyway, but still nonetheless supposed to be good. I suppose I'll get it, then.

doom 3 was ovveratted yes. PC Gamer even righted itself after the initial review. Doom 3 was a graphical wonder, but it wasn't a game wonder. Doom 3 boasted great graphics, but the storyline was almost nonexistent, and gameplay was repetitive. I played through the entire thing, and i really didn't find anything that fun past the first 30 minutes.

Also, I think it was a pretty good game, mainly because Doom2 was my favorite game at one point, and i knew everything like the back of my hand. So much that (dunno if any of you noticed this) but Doom3 has similar level structures. I could predict where secrets were and predict were a door opens and a monster comes out. **sigh**
Too many video games...

I've got Doom 3 for the Xbox now. It's "good". The visuals are beautiful, the gameplay is okay, but the AI is kinda "t3h suck". Really repetitive, just a few different phases that the AI go through:
-Stand and shoot
-Duck and shoot
-Chase enemy
I started on Veteran first time too, and the AI wasn't that good.
