For anyone who makes plugins for hmt3 i could use some help

well i think i got the main idea down for adding thing to plugins ,but what do you put in for offset ? i know what an offset is ,but i mean the offsets change for each map and i want it to work on all the maps . also what programs are good for making and editing xml docs that are free and you can download besides xml notepad ?

no where ever you got that quote i would like to see it . well i am now interested in making plugins for hmt3 , and i do you hmt3 more often than not . so thanks if anyone can answer my question if you can even understand what iam saying rather than but in random quotes about thing i never said .
