Is there anyone who can give me a link to a tutorial that tell u how to use a ftp to connect to ur xbox i have flashFxp but i dont know how to connect can someone help me?

when u open FXP goto session>quick connect then type in ure xbox's IP and then ure pass and name witch is defult xbox and xbox
