I have a ati radeon 7500 all-in-wonder car, which is basicly the same thing but with a tv tuner and some more features, after a week of not being able to play hpc on my computer i discovered i need to enable a secondarey moniter to play it. this is because enabling another moniter unlocks a uncontrolable feature of direct x required to play halo. So i dont have to use safe modeCrimsonKnight wrote:im sorry, i cant, i dont evenknow wtf specualars are, or what it does besides make things look better, and i have an ati radeon 7500, just enough to run the game without safe mode.

NO RETARD I SAID RDRAMBeastman wrote:ha umm do u mean 768 ddr ram there bud? not 796 rd ram
its sd or ddr. and with that set up ur not gonna have sd
System Memory Rambus RDRAM 1066MHz 796MB (i have a 512 and a 256 dual chip, which for tards like you, means 4 chips)

LEARN SOMETHING BEFORE YOU TRY TO MAKE A FOOL OF SOMEONE!!!! (btw that is 2x as fast as ddr ram)
i built my pc from scratch, i know what im talking about.
if you want to run halo flawless you need, at least a 1.2 ghz, 384 RAM, any DirectX9 supportive vid card, THATS IT!!!
the reason that it looks so good on xbox, is because of 2 reasons.
1) the xbox resolution is 480x600 (something like that)
2) the xbox uses a cheap "blur" layer over, so you dont notice little flaws in lines or whatnot
