I agree with him, in anycase just because its his first model doesn,t mean you cant give a little critism

very true. it's a nice start, he got some basics down, but honestly i don't see one chamfered edge or anything. it doesn't even look like there are different parts. everything is the same thickness, it's a brick pistol. not to say that he didn't follow the outline well, because he did. but follow through all the way. you can do better. fix it and update us on how you're doing with these.
