irc/msn helping

is there any irc rooms or better since i dont have ne irc programs is there anyone willing to be contacted for 20 min to be avaible to answer questions cus i have some rebuilding map questions like what is a bsp is that the thing that makes up the landscape and how would u change that with 3ds max and how do u change a projectile that comes out of something to a vehicle without it crashing ,do i have to change the tag type . how do i use 3ds max to open a model to the right size and save it again
