All links don't work. The first version of the cel-shaded mod has a link that does work. Until the new links are posted, guess we'll have to make do with the older files...

I'd love to try out this awesome cel-shade mod (the old one, not the new one). I check the properties and the file type is simply called 'File'. How would I install this?

Next person who says that we should get over the death of Xavier, I'm reporting them to a mod.
