as you can see, i have his visor both colored correctly and raytracing the surroundings. i used the sky in burial moiunds as the background, and im working on extracting the actual terrian itself, as well as the pic of Installation 04 that you can see in the background while playing. peace, and thanks to all who were kind enough to respond to my Q's. please let me know what you all think.

Those renders kick ass chimp, comedy stuff...
Heres a quick picture of our grunt rig, (obviously not finished) I need to fix the envelopes on the face and a few fingers, but its not looking too bad...

ok i need help i haven't used 3ds max in a while but just recently someone installed service pack 2 on my computer and it fucked up my 3ds max anyone no how to fix it

click on the skeleton/rig and move it. its quite simple. see:

First off, do the rigging/skinning tutorials that you can get with the Max 7 demo version. This really is not the most appropriate area to be requesting basic Max tutorials.
