chimp is a Script not a plugin, you can get it here (6th, 7th, and 8th Items down on the list)
http://www.levels4you.com/sections/halo ... hercat=125
to use it, in gmax on the top bar go to Maxscript->Run Script and open Chimp, a window should pop up, know with your level opened, select the "Listener Window" under the "Export Structure" section on the Chimp box (don't select .jms under the export strucure, that comes later) now click OK, it should run through the process, now run the included "grablistener.exe" a window should pop up, this is to save your map as a .jms, save it as "Yourmapname.jms" (where yourmapname is the name of your map, duh) now go into your favorite text editor, and open "yourmapname.jms" and erase everything before and including "*****Begin JMS*****" and everything after and including "****End JMS*****" and click "Save" (not Save As or you'll mess up the format)
Now there is a big chance that this will not work, in fact I've never heard of anyone actually getting Chimp to work properly, so your probably just 'gonna want to download the 3D Studio Max trial. and I probably just typed all that Chimp stuff for nothing.
