coll model plugin

hey, is there a coll model plugin for HMT that let's you export/change coll models, I dont mean the one that let's you add shields, I mean one that let's you change the actual model. please give me a link to it if you do.

ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

i been trying for AGES to find one, but the closest thing i got was the tut on hexing the vertices of a coll model around.

well, I found one, but....how the heck do I USE it!? It has x frame, y frame, z frame, like, sixteen parts to the skeleton, what do I do to stretch it?!??!?!? or do I NEED to hex edit?
