1) duel wielding - weapons are weak and when duel wielded are over powered
2) homing rockets - Easily dodgable in banshee, vehicle exiting is much faster
3) graphics - I agree
4) new weapons - If they were to drop the old ones, I'd agree.
5) new vehicles - w00t, but the tank is unbearably slow.
6) boarding vehicles - w00t #2
the pros outweigh the cons
Of course there's the whole money thing. But whatever.
Oh and the board the turret is nice for quick FFA temp teamwork
It has it's up points, but I think it's down points just make it worse than Halo. Don't get me wrong though, it's a great game, but if I was stuck on an island with either game, I'd choose Halo, it's just more enjoyable to me. I like the general ambience more too. It just looks cooler (not graphics wise, architecturally I guess).
Maybe I should play it through on Normal or Heroic, I beat it on easy and Legendary, and while playing Legendary I could only focus on the bad aspects, it was just too freakin' hard to like the game.

Nah, the story is far more mysterious and better in Halo 1 anyway, it'd always own Halo 2.Dan!! wrote:Halo2 < Halo
It's too different. Bring back the old shields and make the guns just a little more unbalanced. Drop duel wielding or make it even less desirable and make SP more encompassing.
Then I'd say it's better than Halo 1.

ur going off topic...
A halo film would be pretty cool (would be betta as an animated/pixar/dreamworks type, but not for kids obviously)
The books add so much depth to the halo story and u cant really appreciate the storyline (with exception to h2 ending) without reading the books.
If a film was based on those books (they were so kickass) it would be great!
Lets hope its an animated type film becoz lets look at who wud play MC:
Tom Cruise? Elyjah Wood? Schwartznegger? lol

If they've only played it for a few hours, how could they have beaten the game? They all disliked the ending. They're also not fanboys who expected too much from the game.Dan!! wrote:When they played it for a few hours. They're unreliable. Remember Enter The Matrix? They're all horribly biased.

amen to that, Halo had a totaly unique feel, how many First-Person, Shooters have you played that ook place in grassy fields dotted with ancient structures? It's awe-inspiring. Halo2, on the other hand, is similar to Counter-strike or whatever in archatectural feel.Dan!! wrote:I like the general ambience more too.
