Problem with collision geometry

Post by CMDR Reservoir »

It never works for me. I've followed the tut on how to do it and I make the geometry simple and not complicated. It compiles fine in tool but it never works in game. I linked it to the frame, named the material collision-geometry and all of that stuff. It just never works.

Be sure to put the cg-tag in your vehicle or scenery (or whatever) tag.

You got a .scenery or .vehicle file for your object right ? Open it with guerilla and set the collision-model to point to your CG-tag (a .model_collision_geometry file). You can look at an existing .scenery file for example.

You should be able to open nearly all files under the tag folder, including .scenery files.

Set the bounding radius of the collision geometry to 20.
