huh, o well. im excited. im definately gettin teh Xbox next (dang, i heard its codenamed Xenon. hope that name doesnt stick). they better not mess up H2 and 3.
Xenon is just the Code name. Like, for instance, Longhorn? It's not gonna be called "Longhorn" when it comes out, but in the meantime, it'll go on as that.

Xbox was the codename for Xbox. that stuck... i dont see why M$ wont be dumb and keep Xenon. hey, wasnt that a disney movie? hmmm

The first one owned all with a somewhat questionable ending. It was solid. It was great. It left you with an ending that kind of seemed like a cliffhanger, but it didn't matter, because the initial problem had been resolved.
Then came the second one. There was a lot of hype about it, and I believe it made more money than the first. Through the middle, it seemed like the movie was straining to keep going. The ending was a shitty To Be Continued cliffhanger, ruining the whole movie.
Revolutions was the apocalyptic Blast The Shit Out Of Things For The Sake Of Blasting The Shit Out Of Things close to the trilogy. The ending was disappointing, as was the movie overall just because it was dragged on... the ending left off on a cliffhanger as well. 2.5 cliffhangers, 3 movies.
As much as I can say that Halo 3 will have an ownage ending, it's almost undeniable that it will end up like the Matrix. I don't want it to be that way, but it's one of those things that you can just see coming. Feedback, anyone?
i think developing the 3rd Halo will be difficult.....but Halo 2 was only lacking in story; it had major improvements (destructible vehicles, boarding vehicles, duel wielding, xbox live, energy sword, better graphics, etc.)
but, since they've already done the energy sword, duel wielding, boarding vehicles and what not....what the hell is left to add in Halo 3?!
