Halo 2 Easter Eggs-stunts-glitches-oddities - Post Any Here!

Hey guys read about bungie having more easter eggs like the talking grunt in halo 1 on halo 2. So if you guys search and find em post em here because i wanna see em. Also is the pink hippo still on the shotgun shells? And is there a secret ending to beating halo 2 legendary? like it was in halo 1. I know of the semi-secret ending after the credits roll. But any more cut scenes? Btw played legendary for the first time today WICKED CRAZY on the first level instead of just normal grunts and 1 or 2 elites they have 4 elites 4 grunts and every know and again you get 2 elites dueling plasma rifles and 2 elites with swords to back them up.

i really havent seen any easter eggs yet but wow legendary must be fuken crazy lol esspeacialy fighting brutes jeez those are already hard to kill lol

Huh.You think the first level is hard on lengendary?TRY THE LAST!Im tryin to get Foundation MP map.I know how to get on top of many levels,Metropolis,Zanzibar,how to get a Banshee in Metropolis....ummm.I know how to get on other levels but I don't remember their names.

you get foundation by beating it on heroic you get another map (starts with a c) by beatin it on legendary...but yeah thats what im worried about the brutes and there brute shots. I think its because i was playing co-op and my friend is a run and gunner but you need strategy good thing is you get a sword right of the bat if you kill the elite...I found a "trick" on gamewinners.com but it takes to long to post it here typing, what it does it allows the same weapon to be the primary and secondary weapon (meaning 2 weapons the same without weilding).

I FOUND AN EASTER EGG!!! more like a gitch actually. when u are holding an energy sword. whenever u lunge an enemy in the sky and you miss, sometimes not always) i seems to fly rediculously high. i was able to get ontop a lot of SP maps this way.

i found more of a programming glitch. During any game (sp or mp) press start and acsses your friends list. Wait there for 30 sec. Then quickly press "B" tp get back to game. And for a few seconds you see the game untextured in polygon form. Something like that. Its really wierd.

Good Find, i found one on gamewinners.com where you can have the secondary weapon and the primary weapon the same weapon (which you normally can't), for example if you want smgs for both primary and secondary weapons, you would get a smg then another gun such as a needler, then duel weild another gun with the needler such as the plamsa rifle then walk over another smg and hit "X" so that it replaces your needler then throw away your plamsa rifle by hitting "B" and now you have an smg as your primary and secondary weapon.

out skirts is the one in which you are shot down by the scarab

you go from the start of the level to the door with the strobe light

you jump on the ledge above the inside of the door

from the ledge you locate the left wall... it shoud be brown jump from the ledge to the top of that wall(you may want to grenade jump... i wasnt able to do it without grenade but some were)

then walk forward a little and to your left

you can pick up the skull by holding "X"

to disable the skulls effect turn off the xbob and load from a previous level

do not save and quit or you may have to start a new profile

I love Bungie sometomes for the eggs.

Some findings

As you probably know, the maps are like the Halopc ones. It has walls that wont let you jump out.

The only way out of Zanzibar I found was to go into the red base, and shoot yourself out. But once up there, theres not much to do
Im off to go see if I can put a ghost ontop of red base. Then get friend to push me through wall

not literally an easter egg. its a secret, that u can find by... doin stuff that ur not supposed to do.

btw, i found a glitch. but i dont think u can do it on purpose

i was killed (in legendary... go figure) and the camera zoomed in on my body. the camera went past the armor, and all i saw was a generic man's face, and the rest of the MC's body was smooth and black. like a human in a really tight (low-poly) wet suit.

that wasnt nice... oh, right. im gona go try and get on top of levels. then ill post them. (btw, did u notice that u can shoot the stalactites off the ceiling in waterworks? they fall and damage peoples in their path)

oh! and i forgot:

Colussus: near that wavy elevator that shoots u up into the air, there is a conveyor belt that flows into it. there are crates next to that conveyor belt. punch the crates to send them on the belt. be patient and watch them get launched into the air by the wavy thingy of doom. its hilarious. and i killed a dude that was sniping like that.
