Help me plz

my computer is being so weird and scince it has to do with 3ds max 7 i thought i post it here. whats wrong is that i just downloaded 3ds and i go to install it and it gets to the part in the instolation where it asks for your name and company and all that stuff and then it just closes i tried to run a virus check on my computer to see if it was in fected and it starts the scan and just quits i tried a spyware remover mabey a spy program was shutting them down gets half way done and just quits so now im so confused i have no clue on how to fix it and i need help. if u can hhelp me i would be so happy

Either you have a really annoying virus or your computer is really bad at expressing its love for you.

Try everything else posible bofor doing this, but you might have to redo you whole computer from the start.

nah, u'll hav to do a system retasrt. your computer backs itself up avery (so many days) and u just unbackup to the last time it backed up
