yes DON'T FLAME ME OR BAN ME JUST TELL ME

OK here it goes when i sp->mp rebuild i get this error about the b30 error about a sbsp.meta error but i fllow the instructions all the way though can any oner help me.?

whats the exact error?
are you sure you did everything right
