Get rid of the old mods?

I thought I was doing a good job trying to make this community nice. And if I would to be become a junior admin somehow, if someone did something bad I wouldn't ban them on there 1st time they did something bad. I would give them plenty of warnings maybe 3-4? then I would maybe have to talk about with some other people here if the person should get banned or not.

EDIT: or I could just get more places to moderate....

But how do we get Gren or some1 who could talk to Gren to read all of this?
thats what i want to know... and especially a way to tell him w/o breaking rules. cuz that wouldnt make him want to follow through with our suggestions. maybe he'll stumble across this...

i pm'd him and he responded... he didnt even say not to pm him anymore...

so i doubt you would get in trouble if you pm'd him
