yea cus when u delete stuff out of ur trashbin hte stuff isnt completely gone it is still in your computer, and u can use certain programs to pice all that info together or "shred" it wich actually does permanently remove it from ur comp.

No, incorrect. HD's have such a dense disk that it is very difficult to effectively erase data. The only known method to effectively deleting anything is writing over that data sector several times with blank data. True data experts have been known to be able to extract data from a Hard Disk even after multiple overwrites.
And the verb "To Shred" means to rip apart, not to piece together.

It's the text data that has been deleted, and it is unrecoverable, but i'll try and do a lot of stuff tonight, as i am at school right now O_o
