little problem here. where is the TAGS FOLDER? i dont have it in halo ce folder. only a maps folder and some other stuff.

wrong forum by the way. To answer your question, you need to download HEK (halo editing kit). HEK puts a whole bunch of new stuff in your Halo CE folder
