Scenery and other objects?

is there a way to add more scenery or other objects?
i have a new mod in mind but i would like to add more scenery to the map

i think maybe sparkedit can do it? i dont know tho, cause ive never used it

SparkEdit 2 can't. All you can do is move scenery around.

2.5, when it comes out, is supposed to have the ability insert new objects into the map.
