when burning using NERO?

Post by rabiv88 »

Ok i have everything set up for nero to burn what i need... Now the only problem is that it is not recognizing my DVD-R disk, yet someone suggested to me to use this type of disk bec the xbox would recognize it best, so what am i to do, go out and buy a CD-R/CD-RW???

A couple things. The Xbox ISO is a slightly altered version of the ISO, aka xISO. I forget the name of the tool (sue me), you can PM me if you care :D, but if you did that, make sure that your drive is a DVD-RW. If it's just a DVD-R, then you can play DVDs but not write them. If that is the case, go out and buy 1) either the DVD-RW drive or 2) the CD-RW :(

P.S. Do YOU remember the tool? Or fill me in on how it's done... I have Spider-Man 2 waiting on my PC's Hard Drive :(.

The dvdR will work.... it's just better to get an RW, because it's reburnable: you put the game in your box burn it to ur HD, and burn another gameonto the DVD.
