make random checkboxes in the agreement that you must check all of to register, that way you must read at least some of it. and make others that will change so you cant continue if checked, then label them "dont register". that way you have to read even more.

There is no such thing as a stupid question. Guys, do we have to be so critical? There are 36 pages for this forum and when u don't even know the topic title it get's ennoying looking through all that. Hopefully this will be on fontpage of halomods so there will be no more of this question.
