Nooblet question on Maps

Post by Redrum »

I'm new to new maps but I'm having issues.

I downloaded Library which Monoxide had graciously provided on a different site. It was noob friendly to use, meaning, I downloaded it, opened the file and it automatically loaded to the Halo client.
So, when I start Halo, low and behold, it's there and it works like a charm. Only problem with Library now is, no one else has it, and it's a massive map to play with my roommate.

My Problem / Question:

I Downloaded all a map from this site, but I can't figure out how to install the map to the halo client.

I've scouted this site to see if there was a solution or walk through as to how I can relocated the map file to the Halo map files.

Could anyone help me out on this?

Thanks for your time in reading this.

I can help you out, just AIM or MSN me. If it is a map for CE, just download the file, open it up with winrar. Go to my computer/localdisk/programfiles/microsoftgames/halocustomedtion/maps and drag it in there. If it is a rebuilt halo PC map do the same thing only with halo then MAPS. If it is a non rebuilt map get ppf-o-matic, in the first line where you should be able to enter text press the floppy disk and find the MAPS directory and double click the map the mod is for. drag the mod into the second line where text should be and bodda bing bodda boom your done
