modified maps through evox?

i saw a screenshot of a guy who had his modified maps accessible through evox. can anyone explain how he did this ?

he had an option in the "auto add" section of evox that said, "halo options"
when you selected halo options. it went to a bunch of selections like "homing rockets" "all vehicles fly" "all weapons zoom" it looked as if you could select one of these and then play halo with that mod. is this possible, and does anyone know how to do it.

I think what your talking about is HCE...
Halo Cache Editor, runs off the xbox.
