This is Spammy's first BSP conversion. Please give feedback and also name suggestions if you feel like it. I edited his topic due to many blah posts.

The mod has:

-Most of the right shaders
-The right lightmap
-Supports all gametypes

I hope it doesn't have any glitches or anything but if it does please go ahead and tell me. Also if anyone could take some screenshots as I don't have a video capture card.

Thank you so much jkjk. I have spent like upwards of 24 hours in the past 3 days trying to find a host. So thanks again. I owe ya now :D .

I think TSF is working on Silent Cartographer. So, I wouldn't want to take his mod(although he would probably get it out before me anyways).

That host link is the one I setup. I just had to get the file first to host it ;)

I think you should work on SC, so far all of TSF's conversions don't compress, and i want to overwrite all of the crappy maps for good.

Not that TSF's conversions aren't AWESOME, I could never do that, but I would rather have something compressable like this.

Glad you all like it :D !

Pokecancer said that injecting at eof makes it not compressable...but I injected at eof in this and it can compress. Maybe I just was lucky or something. Oh well.

More feedback would be good. There may be glitches. I had checked before and never found anything. Then, my brother and I were playing and he respawned in a wall. I never saw that one little spawn. It's ok now though. Tell me if anyone here happens to spawn in a wall or if there are other things that could be fixed/improved. Suggestions for a name would be good too as I don't want to keep calling it b40_a2 :P .

Anyway have fun with the map. Maybe later I'll add some new weapons or something. Maybe a secret weapon(nuke....or maybe not :D ).

P.S. Good luck on the reactor room Lightning. Hope you don't have host problems like I did.

You should do the first section in the level 'Halo' Either the first or the part where you find the 3rd lifepod at the end. That would be fun ^^

Well the third lifepod could be any of them because it depends on which order you do them...I'm not sure if it would work either. I tried that same part with an older Xinject. Maybe with the new version. Maybe not. It might work in HHT3 or it might not work at all since its outdoor. Someone got the first part of Halo working where the bridge is but it froze he said after like 3 minutes. So I don't know.

Ye that should work...although with that huge whole in the floor would kind of be weird...maybe the T&R hangar.

Regarding the name...

In my personal NMP, I named it "Shafted", because of the elevator shaft, and in homage to the cutscene, as well.

Nice Spammy! This is the best BSP Conversion I have seen(ok, poke's was good)! You should make more, like the outside of 343 GS. Maybe with Marines? Great job!

I totally agree. SC would be cool to have but it is just too big to be practical...imo. What about the first part of Halo with a vbase on each side of the canyon? Or leave those out and maybe use lifepods as the flag stations.

Sorry it took you so long to find a host... did you ever check back at the Team CXE forum. I replied saying that I would host it.
