Sapien missing files???

I just got Sapien and im trying the A.I tut by SOME-RANDOM-GUY AND AXCTES and right off the start when he says go to HaloCE/Tags/Charatcters/Cybrog_MP i cant find the actor varient. I mean im missing alot of tags i guess. All i c in the cyborg_MP folder is The bipoed. Can some one please help me thx
