If you're trying to get it off of a CD, you can't, AFAIK.

Use windows media player and copy the music to your hard drive...then the copywrite info. is gone. I never use kazaa, all its good for is getting viruses and worms.

Theres a CD ripper out there for Winamp... I THINK it's free... not sure though. I'll have to check my other PC...

I found the answer to your problem. Here are the steps to getting copyright protection off.
1.Open Windows Media Player
2.Click the tools menu and go to options
3.Go to the Copy Music tab. The untick the "Copy protect Music"
After that copy any song you want to your harddrive and use it in Windows Movie Maker.

Im makeing a mod for Blood Gulch (my first one) and i need the that Building Blocks
used tom make structures and other things that i saw on some mods.

Yeah he's right. All the modders who have been here awhile are getting pissed off because of the huge flow of n00bs. They fail to realize which ones are newbs though. Even if its one hell of a log mod, there going to flame you more then marshmallows in a fire. Yeah.

But if you want to build a log mod go ahead Matador. dont liten to other people when they flame you. And if you release it i can guarantee you'll have at least one person who downloads it.... me.

You become better at modding through alot of headaches and errors. Yeah.

hell once i was desprete and crossed my cd player's output to the speakrs to a adio wire u can get from radioshck and pluged it to my microphone input on my sound card then i used sound rec. to record it so basically it was a brand new files with no copyright shit.
