when i put the skin in the hmt 3.5 it says...

(as an error)"c:\documents and settings\...\desktop\hmt.v3.5.release.rar is not a valid win32 application"

so wat do i do?

Emm do you have the .dds plugins.

umm you cant open a .rar file unless you have winrar or some other file unzipping aplication. go to www.rarlab.com

Yea, extract HMT before you try to run the program.
