Player Clipping

Post by ssjgogetta »

If I set up some collision geometry so that the player can't go somewhere, is there anyway to make it possible to still shoot through the collision geometry?

You could always make some separate objects blocking off the areas you don't want players or vehicles to access and apply a Player clipping material like it explains in the HEK Tutorial. Then you can shoot through it (as far as I remember) and still have it block people and vehicles. Hope this helps. :)

Yep it explains in the HEK tutorial how to do it and weapons and stuff can go through but not players or vehicles.
