Help Installing HaloCE Custom Maps
grr
Grr... it aint that hard ppl.
Here is what you do
1. when you download the map open it and extract the file
2. then go to the directory you chose to extract the map to and select it and copy it
3. then go to drive c- program files- microsoft games- halo custom edition- maps and paste them in there.
4. start halo and then the maps will be on the list and selectable and playable, although some maps only support some gametypes so first time you make a game use the slayer gametype because every map supports that type as defualt.
There, i helped
And the directory i gave you of halo ce in drive c is the default install location so thats where it should be unless you installed it somewhere else.
oh and CE stands for custom edition, not combat evolved, for you n00bs that don't know, and you can get the custom edition free at gamespy.com or something like that.
