How the hell is the Photoshop DDS plugin supposed to work?

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

I have it in my plugins folder and when I go to save in DDS format, it gives me this huge window with tons of options and won't let me save.

You gotta press "SAVE"...

Wow. Never would have guessed...

and if u can't press it it probably means you screwed up your image dimensions somehow...

I can't press it. How can I be sure the image dimesions are right? What I did was I took an existing DDS file, coverted to bitmap, edited it, and now I'm trying to save back into DDS and it won't let me. Said something about dimensions not being a power of two or something.

Right, your image's dimensions have to be a power of 2. You answered your own question, you shouldn't have even posted this here.
