lol, if you want to post a picture, than just get it hosted with an image hoster (http://www.imageshack.us/) then post it in a forum or thread with the code [img]your%20hosted%20picture%20link[/img]. without the spaces.
also for a link you put the code your url code in. with no spaces again.
