What Single-player mods are there?

What Single-player mods are there?

I know that there's Forerunner Island and Snowcrazy, but are there any other mods for singleplayer/co-op? My brother and I like playing co-op and single player and were wondering if there were any weapon mods or skin mods that can be used in SP.
