Its a new BSP which is a large part of the map. Your making it sound like its nothing. "New bsp wtf...."
The new bsp brings new gameplay. Which is what games are made for. so
Why dont you play the map and see...

fixed them all except i just noticed red base's ladder has a poly with the wrong skin, Pause menu wont work - tool fubared today and has problems with the hud now...i do not know how to fix, Blue 1 is still upside down...even though i turned it..., Water doesnt make splash noises.

well those arent really that big of a deal.
9/10. I liked this map, only issue with it is that it's too cramped, I feel claustrophobic going through the tunnels. Good Work Andrew.

Yeah, but you could have done better then, make shape, extrude and inset.
