well theres rain but since its PC i cant make animated skys like CE but the storm is the rain and the sky change and of course the water which is more wavy but im still workin on it its will be updated

Ok I didnt see the water thing. I have just done a bunch of work on effects that might help you out. Check your PM.

dont forget i made the revolver, boats, jet, and p90

Sorry that was my bad> I thought stickies was a new feature for mods like this, So I went and asked for my Geph mod to have one.

Turns out it wasn't, so I think they unstickied it.
