and i was wondering how i would make a game map and load it with my opengl program.

You can't.
You would need either Gmax [free] or 3ds max [90 day trial]

And not only in converting maps, but also a lot of other useless crap that will never be useful anywhere in life, except when I try to brag about it here.

When you get into an argument over the internet, it's just like any other rational argument, except since I just lost I'll say that winning arguments over the internet is dumb and gives you a mental retardation, which makes total logical sense.

I think thats what it meant. If not I blame a faulty programmer.
