well when i was new to halomods i didnt get to know anyone and i then all these people start having RIP and stuff in their sigs, and i didnt know who he was. never got to know the guy :( ..musta been one helluva modder! :mrgreen:

how did you get it to look animated? When I tried to make a skin like this I made it one of the cel-shade type colors, all over and played halo with it and it doesn;t look cel-shaded it looks...normal...

Somehow these type of files don't like me. I can't get them to work and when I finally find something I really want, my stupid computer can't find the program that created it. Can someone give me a different dl

ok when i used winrar and go tall teh files out, there were no flood skins,

and what do i do with the one file that is around 11,000 kb called cel shaded halo ??

Well.....ive been here for over 3 years or so..... and well this may be old but im gunna commemorate good old xavier.....i miss you buddy and i wish you could back down here doin what you love with halomods....well hopefully theres a Halomods Heaven
