Yes, people can sit in the back of the transport hog. You can fit a total of 8 people in it: the driver, the passenger up front, and then 6 passengers in the back.

someone needs to make a mod with the transport hog or get a tag or a model for it cause it would be great for capture the flag you can get your whole team and drive to the opponents base!

We made them for Halo CE and they are going to stay in CE. If you want to use them, download CE and the maps that they are in.

No. I modeled the seats in the back and KiLLa tagged it so you could get in the seats.
