Just FYI, I can psuedo-document the process of getting a usable model from Half-Life 2 (for Prisoner) or any other DirectX 9 game. From there it's a matter of cleaning up props and whatnot and importing as a Halo 2 model, then doing collision. I'm not saying it's easy by any stretch, but it's possible thanks to Onyx.
Speaking of collision, what sort of properties can you add? Can you build a "dirt" or "ice" collision? I'm assuming all properties for stuff like that's handled in the BSP, but it'd be awesome to give models different properties like that so they don't all act like metal (or whatever the default is).

How come the about box says you need Onyx.map? That wasn't included.

Ok so i was looking at the coll tags for the collission box's, in ONYX, and i noticed that after resizing a box, its phmo is changed, but not its coll. How is this possible? My bullet collision seems fine yet the collision model is unchanged.
And all grenades stick to walls, so i was wondering if you changed something in phmo, to act as coll, or is my map currupted, and not updating the values in the tag class.

There are values changed in the planes reflexive in coll. So you dont have to move the vertecies for coll to work?
And for the nades, its funny, cause i just had same thing happen on a mod i was working on. Entity likes to currupt something in frag_grenade often in my experience. Contrails too, when i clone chunks or build some things.

poke won't work
every time i try to poke in whatever mode with the onyx map it gives me a message connection refused or no reaction
any suggestions?
can it has anything to do with my xbox before crashed and most of softmod app's and dashboards like evox won't run anymore the communication is corrupted too?
