nice! I'm usually abject to downloading other peoples mods because 1. I should at least try and figure it out myself and 2. you all seem to know more than me. to this map, I'm making an exception. you should make a tutorial on machine building. god knows we need one.

now i'm attempting a bsp conv. which is ALOT harder than it sounds.
in the meen time though i have a few skins i am about to put out any day now, just putting some final touches on them, it's hard for me to just stay on one project, so i rarely complete anything, i just get bored or stuck.

Yes, use Dwells DDS patch mainmenu release. Adding the map as we know is easy, the hard part is dealing with adding the preview. But he fixed that and made them all reference a different image.DWells55 wrote:I released a mainmenu DDS patch to help with that. Hm... no comments on the collision issues? I understand if the surface you walk on can't be fixed, but at least jamming a crate into the middle of the roof thing so you can't camp inside it with a rocket launcher should be done. I'd also like it if you could walk on the pivot, but I'd settle for just getting rid of the cheating spot.

I will have an update out within a few days that blocks the cheating spot, so post any other bugs you guys find and i will see if i can fix them, thanks for the positive feedback.
Ohh and to PigFarker, im pretty sure all spawnpoints are on the map, i double checked, some are close to the edge though so if you walk the wrong way at first you die, so maybe ill just change those. And in the next update I will also see if i can make the flag reset when it falls down.

I took this mod with me to work last night (well... I took my box... it had this mod on it) and loaded it up. Sadly, my coworkers were too stupid to grasp the concept of NOT running around blindly, and they became frustrated with falling to their dooms and demanded we play a different map. So I can't give any real feedback on how it plays, though I, personally, think it looks like fun.
It's too bad you're not getting more feedback. I guess it makes sense, though. Everybody is all wrapped up in Sentinel base. It's like trying to bring out another fps a week after Halo comes out. Even though it's good, it just gets overlooked. Hope that changes.
