use this to convert dds files to jpeg or what ever u want so u can edit it with your preferred program. the most common program is the paint that comes with your pc, but u cant edit dds files unless u convert it. i use paint.net 3.10 instead of photoshop cuz its FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!************ with dds converter u have more option of dds files!!!!
