This is my newest app
Halo Punisher

if someone shoots a teammate and u dont want to kick or ban use this app to freeze them for a linited time and then unfreeze
It can only be used in your servers(only host can use)
so if u randomly freeze everyone they will just quit.
I also had a poll and most people wanted me to make this.

and no offense but it useless to me then. i dont play pc because EVERYONE on pc aimbots now. im sorta safe with ce and in ce i can play cmt

For some reason, when I used this app, it did not work.

I could not freeze anyone singularly, even myself, nor could I freeze everyone at the same time.

Does anyone else share this problem? I suggest you look into this, spikes122. Be it an actual bug in the app, or just my own ineptitude, I do not know; let us hope it is the latter.

I have had it tested and it works
You MUST BE ON YOUR OWN SERVER for it tooo work.

I am running Windows XP Professional, and I was hosting my own server.

what exacly does this thing do? will it like make them lag? so tehy will just quit!???

this freezes them...as in they wont be able to move.

Thinks im goning to need this when ever some 1 comes into my movie sever an mess up every thing this ill teach them!!

how do i work it can u tell me how cuz i am to lazy to figure it out!

It doesn't freeze them, at all.
It merely makes their speed set to 0.

To make this work, use a 'Slayer' setting.
Else, it just doesn't work because of how Halo handles the speed addresses.

Erm No this works on all normal settings i think including ctf etc

Oddball, and Race do not work; they constantly change the speed back to normal.
