[App] (Mac + Windows) Demo Hack 3.0

Here's a fairly simple program that's easy to use but is useful.
Load up either b30, bloodgulch or ui from demo using the "Load Map" button.
Press the "to full" button and it will convert the header to full version.
You can now edit the map using HMT, HHK and Eschaton (although Eschaton works without as well).
If you left that map open, simply press the "to demo" button to convert the header back to demo otherwise load the map then press "to demo"
Notes:
This will not convert demo maps to full version or vice versa. It merely converts the header information for editing. HHK will complain but still work.
This DOES work with rebuilt maps so you can use HHK or HMT 0.5 to import and rebuild and when you're done editing and convert to demo it will run correctly.
The plugins folder must stay in the same folder as the application. You will get an exception error if it is not.
Update:
Now supports UI.map HOWEVER, UI.map does not appear to support rebuilding. If you have successfully rebuilt a demo ui.map using other methods, please post with the info and it will be incorporated into a new upgrade.
Update:
between HMC and sparkify, it didn't seem like there was much need for this but it's going up anyways. And sorry about the .DS_store files and that notepad won't read the line breaks correctly. Windows version.
