you get it by getting ALL OF THE UPDATES that are offered by microsoft ALL OF THEM!!!

Just click on the START menu and it should give you the option to go to "Windows Update"...

GET ALL OF THE UPDATES!!! and everything will work FINE!

that and GET WINRAR!

So, i DL HMT 3 and all that is in the archive is a .dll file. Im kinda curious why that is the only file there.

I just downloaded it from this site, unzipped it, and the only thing that was in the folder is "BitmLib.dll". What the hell? I would like some tech support damnit.

Doh must be something wrong with you cuz you should get a folder called:
HMT.v3ReleaseCandidate

Instide that folder there are several files...
Now i'm downloading framework (PLEASE LET IT WORK)

i have hmt3... and .net frameworks both installed... but i still get this message... "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." ... HOW DO I FIX THIS??? nothing works... the message comes up when i try to open HaloMapTools... I REALLY NEED SOME HELP ON THIS!!!
