This app was made in Flash CS3.
Features

2. Nice rotating menu, controled by mouse movement

It's a bit hard to click on the text, as if they're trying to escape from my cursor. But it works, managed to download a few apps. Thanks.

You could always make it interact with an xml file online so that it can update downloads with the latest and best programmes.
Nice though. Well done. I always hated flash to programme with.
