I'm not sure how many of you would actually have this but it has it's uses. Please note, I did not create this. I found it online when I got the .dds plugin for photoshop a long time ago.
What this does is simple. It allows you to view bitmaps and normal maps (otherwise known as bump maps), without the use of photoshop or any image editing program.
