[APP] Weather in BSP Tool.

BSP Weather Tool

Though It Couldn't have worked Without Pokecancer!
Here is my Weather Tool.
I basically transferred the weat pallete, but Poke figured out how to enable it!:P
It is a very Simple tool and will do the hard part for you... Here are some Simple Instructions:

Simple Instructions
Extract the sbsp Tag In Entity from your Map(recursive,parsed). Open the .sbsp file with This App. Just click the button. INJECT THE WEATHER TAG first from Lockout(Lockout Snow) Into the map of your choice.. THEN Inject the bsp Into (Gemini is the best) a Map with a bigger BSP that will hold the sbsp.
Then change the playerspawns to the original spawns.
And For some BSP's(Burial Mounds, Warlock, Turf, Ivory Tower, Dune, etc.). You will need to transfer the decals, scenery, obstacles and machs along with their reflexives in the scnr(decal pallete, placement, etc.)
Not the tool's fault. Bungie's fault. Bungie made some bsp's dependent on those tags.

So Here is a Picture of the Tool(Simple, but smooth UI).
I didn't test all the maps, though all the ones i have tested, worked successfully.

If you want to add Water and Weather... Add Weather First, Then Water.
