Halo 2 Stats Searcher - Update v2

Yes I know you would not expect this program to be here, but it is. Here it is, my halo 2 stats searcher.
Ok, I just updated the 1st one I posted, it now changes the second forms size when choosing between bungie.net and impulsedgamers. There is no more "pixalates pics" its the size that you would want it on, I kept it so if you liked it big, you can resize it.

he downloaded it himself over and over again...i checked which IPs downloaded it an 98% were his.

It only looks like he took the flash Halo 2 stats sig from
http://www.haloimpulse.com/sig/directions.html and somehow put it into an exe file... I downloaded the files and it said I needed a higher version of the .NET framework, but I'm too tired to care to update right now.
