[Halo 2] Entity Alpha 1
Um... I can't begin to fathom why anyone would be complaining about this ap being released. I, for one, am grateful for every contribution made to the community, especially ginormous contributions that lower the amount of work it takes to make a mod. I really wish people would quit complaining about how somebody else is "stealing their idea." Everybody has been wanting to do this to every single player map in the game since the beginning. It's not YOUR freakin' idea. Just do the best you can and try to make it better than anybody else (so you can get your oh-so-precious recognition for being a "1337 h4x0rr"). Or, to put it in another way, spend the time that you would be complaining on trying to finish the mod before anybody else if it's so important to you.

Who's mad? If you were referring to me I said I just wished he would've waited until larger conversions were possible (Unless that will take a long time) since all the beta testers are most likely already working on the rest of the small ones that are hopefully fun and good for gameplay rather than *gasp* fame.

Sorry if I misunderstood. Anyway, I'm glad it's released, so people other than the testers can work on conversions. I look forward to a version that'll allow bigger bsp's, but I don't think that's a reason to delay it.MasterChief2829 wrote:Who's mad? Just go to the scnr tag in Entity, then right click the Predicted Resources Reflexive and click clone chunk and input how many chunks you want to add. Then close the map in Entity and open it in insolence. Go to the scnr tag and click the Blue text that says predicted Resources. then select the last however many chunks you added and assign them to the tags that need to the new tags you want to make SLC.T1xAnton wrote:Ok can someone write a tutorial on how to fix system link with this. no. When I used the patches it says error then something about the goof plugin. So I replaced the goof plugins and then it was a system error so I just assumed the patches dont work...

The patches still work just fine. You just have to use insolence to do all the goof tag editing, but you can use Entity to do the tag transfering.T1xAnton wrote:no.
